I spend a lot of my time thinking.
Actually, I spend a lot of my time overthinking to the point I can feel mentally paralyzed by life. If you are reading this, I imagine you are in a similar situation — stuck at home, quarantined due to the pandemic, and at a point in your life where you are physically or mentally unable to make progress and feel like you are hitting-a-wall. No matter how hard you try you’re just not getting the same results as you used to. Does this ring true to you?
At the beginning of Spring, I felt so stuck, isolated, trapped in my own head, unhappy, confused, even depressed.
For months, I tried various forms of therapy, yoga, meditation, and other suggested remedies but nothing was really working for me. I just felt stuck. Something inside of me was longing for more and calling me to get in touch with my purpose.
