4 Ways To Find Gratitude In Trying Times

Times are really hard right now for most. Anxiety is as infectious as coronavirus and I find it important to open up the conversation about this. Personally, I am on day 30 of isolation in these quarantine times. Luckily, the past few months, I have been working on ways to get unstuck, combat anxiety, and express myself despite my insecurities. As a result, I have been able to manage loss, uncertainty, and fear of the future on most days, but it’s really, really hard. It’s painful and takes work.
Integrating gratitude into my daily life has become essential in order to feel happier and more motivated in my life but it’s been no easy road and it took getting help from professionals to get here.
